hey newbe, on slow flow days - these are what i call my tiny expressed amounts i freeze in a tupperware ice-cube tray, the one that has the seal lid on it, then for safe measure i also place in a large zip lock bag. aves having a 120ml container with 20ml of ebm in the freezer. and because the icecube tray is plastic i can steralise it between uses. hope that gives you another option
